The RCEA welcomes Sumeeta Narula to your Association as your Membership and Labour Relations Advisor.
Sumeeta has worked for a federal union, federally regulated industry and the Government of Canada. She brings with her a skill set in human resources, negotiation and collective bargaining research, and most recently a bargaining agent representative on numerous union-management committees such as Pay Equity, Women’s committee and National Joint Council consultations.
Sumeeta will be your first contact for all labour relations issues and questions, and will be your membership contact for union dues and reconciliations, RCEA website, RBC insurance and Health and Safety coordination.
