The Association is saddened to learn of Wayne Findlay’s passing on March 9, 2021. Wayne will be missed very much.
Wayne’s dedication and commitment to the Association began in 1986 as co-chair of the OP group. He was elected 1st Vice President in 1989 and elected as President of the Association in 1993 until his retirement in December 2004.
The RCEA staff, officers, and membership extend our condolences to Barb Findlay and the entire family.
