The Public Service Alliance of Canada, PSAC, has reached a tentative agreement for the Program and Administrative Services (PA) group and for members who are paid through the Phoenix pay system. Some of the provisions may have implications for RCEA members, including Phoenix pay damages, implementation bonus and compensation for pay advisors. We expect to have more information shortly. Once we have received this information and have consulted NRC, we will be posting updates on the RCEA website.
