The Phoenix Damages Memorandum of Agreement was signed on June 19, 2019. Part of this Agreement included former members. If you are a former member who was paid at least one day by the Phoenix system, you may now make an online claim for compensation. This information may be found on the RCEA website. The RCEA strongly encourages you to claim your compensation.
For all six groups, the new collective agreement retroactive pay mostly went without a problem on November 27, 2019. Sadly, the same cannot be said when the Public Service Procurement Canada (PSPC) processed the $400 lump sum payment, which appeared on your pay of December 11, 2019.
NRC has informed the RCEA and all employees by email of these errors. The NRC Compensation team is working to fix the problems. If you have recurring pay issues, please contact me.
